Operation Process:

1. Print out the picture with the printing software of the white ink hot stamping machine. In the printing process, the printer first prints a color picture on a special release printing film, and then prints a layer of white ink on the color picture.

Usage Parameter
DTF thermal transfer film has its own unique properties, in order to obtain the ideal hot stamping effect, we must strictly grasp the best temperature, pressure and speed. It has three strict process parameters:

1, the temperature determination: the temperature is too low when the hot stamping or hot stamping is not strong, but also make the impression flower; Too high temperature will oxidize the surface of the color layer, make the product lose luster, dark color, and serious foaming. To determine the best stamping temperature should consider the following factors: pressure, speed, area, room temperature, etc. The general range of hot stamping temperature is 140℃ -180 ℃, once the best temperature is determined, it should be kept constant, and the temperature difference is appropriate to fluctuate at ±2℃.

2, the determination of pressure: hot stamping pressure is generally 4-6 kg/cm2. When the pressure is too small, the hot stamping film cannot adhere to the substrate, reducing the fastness; If the pressure is too large, it will cause the compression deformation of the substrate to increase, resulting in the deformation of the pattern and the thinning of the printing layer. If the hot stamping complex uneven products, more attention should be paid to the uniformity of each pressure point, the pressure Angle of the hot stamping wheel and the substrate is higher, otherwise, it is easy to appear partly fast, partly not fast phenomenon.

3, the determination of speed: should be determined according to the hot stamping area, while considering the heating temperature power. Generally, the speed is first determined, then the pressure is determined, and finally the temperature is determined.

Matters needing attention
DTF thermal transfer film products should be handled lightly, put straight and vertical, but not horizontally; Can not be placed near the heat source, must be away from the heat source, generally stored at 25℃; Prevent moisture, once it is damp, it will produce gas under high temperature plus source in use, and make the hot printing film produce chemical reaction. Therefore, the storage and use of hot printing film should pay attention to moisture, moisture, pressure, to be placed in a cool and dry place.
