This label is based on colored Vinyl with a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, which provides excellent gloss, durability, flexibility and instant adhesive properties, and can be used for printing and heat transfer printing. The glue has the characteristics of strong adhesion, sticking to the curved surface is not warped, not deformed, not falling off, and can withstand about 5 to 8 years under outdoor conditions.

The outdoor label does not warped or fall off after it is attached to a curved surface. It can work stabilities for a long time in a high temperature equipment room or in a harsh outdoor environment. The content of the label is not damaged by temperature, humidity, and various oil stains.

Storage Period:
Cool and ventilated at room temperature, avoid sunlight, the temperature is 25±3℃, the relative humidity is 50±5%, the use of well-sealed and moisture-proof packaging, the shelf life can be up to 12 months.

Main Applications:

This material can also be used indoors.

Adhesive Precautions:

1、When using the label, the label paper should be kept warm (about 20 ° C), so that it can play the greatest adhesion.

2、Label use should only apply in dry weather (i.e. no rain, snow, etc.).

3、The label should be applied to the temperature above 10℃ on the concrete surface.

4、The label should be applied to the surface suitable for adhesive. The surface suitable for adhesion should be smooth, free of cracks, holes and grit.

5、The surface of the adhesive object should be cleaned before sticking.

6、Try to avoid revenue and expenditure pollution glue.

7、After the adhesive is completed, press the label several times.

Preservation Precautions:

1、 The power outdoor label should be as flat as possible. Long time on the Angle or standing will cause the glue to overflow.

2、The power outdoor label should be placed in the packaging box as far as possible. In order to place dust, the humid environment has an adverse effect on the surface of the tape and the adhesive viscosity.

3、The retention period after opening is 1 year.

4、Store in a dry, ventilated and cool environment as far as possible.
