Product Overview:
Laser printable fragile eggshell paper sticker paper is a special label material specially designed for scenarios with high security requirements. It adopts a unique "eggshell" structure patent technology and combines laser printing compatibility process to achieve an integrated solution of anti-counterfeiting, anti-transfer and anti-tampering. Its fragile surface ensures that once the label is pasted, if it is forcibly peeled off, it will automatically break into pieces and cannot be reused. It is an ideal choice for fields such as electronic products, high-end goods, confidential documents, and logistics seals.

Compatible with mainstream laser printers (such as HP, Canon, Brother, etc.), no special toner or coating treatment is required. It supports high-precision graphic and text printing (with a resolution of up to 1200dpi), featuring clear text and high barcode recognition rate.

High-temperature resistant fixing (below 180°C), no warping or toner peeling after printing, ensuring the long-lasting durability of the label.

The base material adopts a multi-layer composite process. The brittle coating on the surface interweaves with the underlying fibers to form a network structure. When torn, it shows irregular cracks, completely preventing the complete transfer of the label.

Supports customized invisible micro-text, anti-counterfeiting background patterns and other processes to enhance the anti-counterfeiting level.

The base material has passed the FSC forest certification, and the glue complies with the RoHS standard. It has no irritating smell and is suitable for sensitive industries such as food and medicine.

Matte and glossy surfaces are available to meet different texture requirements. Support die-cutting into irregular-shaped labels (such as sawtooth edges, circular seals);

Usage Suggestions:

• Clean the printer toner cartridge before printing to avoid impurities affecting the printing effect.
• It is recommended that the printing speed be ≤35 pages per minute and the fixing temperature be set to medium.
• Before pasting, ensure that the surface to be pasted is clean and dry. Apply pressure for more than 10 seconds to achieve the best bonding effect.

• A4 size (210×297mm) : 100 sheets per box, 10 boxes per case
• Roll label: Outer diameter 200mm, inner diameter 76mm, can be slit as required
