  • Excellent chemical resistance

The surface coating and substrate have undergone special treatment to withstand common acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide), organic solvents (such as alcohol, acetone), and oil stains, preventing the label from fading, lifting edges, or falling off.

It has passed strict tests (such as ISO 105-B02, ASTM D543 and other standards), and can withstand the erosion of common strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.), strong alkalis (sodium hydroxide, etc.), organic solvents and oils, avoiding label fading, lifting edges or peeling.

The special surface coating effectively blocks chemical penetration and prolongs the service life of the sign.

Compatible with thermal transfer printing technology, and paired with anti-chemical corrosion resin-based carbon ribbons (recommended), the printed content has sharp edges and high contrast, ensuring a one-time barcode scanning pass rate.

The back adhesive is made of chemical-resistant acrylic adhesive, which is strong and tough and can stably adhere to the surfaces of metals, glass, plastics, etc. within the temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃.
