PP self-adhesive label paper
PP adhesive label paper has a matte white color, with a tough material, good resistance to compression, and good moisture and water resistance; Its cost is lower than PET, and it can be used in combination with mixed and resin based carbon ribbon printing. It has thermal transfer printing performance and is widely used in applications such as electronic components and daily chemical products.
PP and PE (polyolefin) adhesive label paper
The mixture of PP and PE (polyolefin) is subjected to uniaxial stretching treatment by machine, which has high tensile strength and tear resistance, low opacity, and the material is soft and resistant to compression. The material can stretch in one direction to form a straight line, but it appears very hard in another direction. This type of material combines softness and stiffness, with good stiffness in the machine direction and softness in the other direction. It has smooth labeling and good resistance to compression after labeling. It is widely used in daily chemical products.
PP self-adhesive label
PP self-adhesive material is one of the most common basic consumables in advertising design. Depending on the coating, it can be printed with three types of black inks: weak organic solvent black ink, pigment ink, and dye ink. Among them, self-adhesive polypropylene printed with weak organic solvent black ink is also often referred to as outdoor self-adhesive or oil-soluble self-adhesive, which can be used outdoors without a secondary film; when printed with color paste ink, it is known in the market as a moisture-resistant adhesive. It does not require a base film and is only used indoors; products printed with dye ink are water-soluble self-adhesives and are not moisture-resistant. The coating will dissolve when exposed to water, therefore, it must be covered with a base film for indoor applications.
The temperature resistance range of the labels is -20℃ to +80℃, with a minimum label application temperature of 7℃.
