Product Overview
Foam eggshell paper sticker material is a special sticker material specially designed for high-security scenarios. Its core structure consists of a double-layer eggshell foam substrate combined with a high-strength adhesive, achieving a "one-take-break, irrecoverable" anti-counterfeiting effect. Once it is attempted to be torn off or moved, the sticker will immediately rupture into fragments and cannot be fully torn off, effectively preventing products from being illegally opened, replaced, or tampered with. It is an ideal anti-counterfeiting solution for luxury goods, electronic products, medicine, confidential documents, etc. 
 

Core Feature

• Extremely Fragile 

The surface coating and the foam base layer are treated with a special brittle process. A slight tear will cause them to break radially, demonstrating excellent physical anti-counterfeiting performance. 
The fragments cannot be pieced together to restore the original form, significantly increasing the difficulty of counterfeiting. 

• Strong adhesive backing tape 

High-performance acrylic permanent adhesive with strong initial adhesion, capable of firmly adhering to various materials such as glass, plastic, and metal. 
When removing, the adhesive layer and the substrate break apart simultaneously, avoiding any remaining adhesive residue. 

• Foam buffer structure 

The middle layer is made of lightweight PE foam (with thickness options ranging from 0.2mm to 1.0mm), which gives the sticker flexibility and a three-dimensional texture. 
Adaptive surface bonding, buffering external force impacts, and reducing accidental damage. 

• Customized printing compatibility 

The surface can be coated with matte or glossy films, and it supports various printing techniques such as offset printing, relief printing and digital printing. 
It can incorporate security elements such as invisible anti-counterfeiting codes, VOID anti-transfer words, and QR codes.
