The BCW series reflective color changing temperature measuring patch has unique color changing temperature display, reflective display, and temperature recording functions. Method of using reflective temperature measuring patch
1. The BCW series reflective color changing temperature measuring patch is in the form of a label. As long as an appropriate rated temperature color changing temperature measuring patch is selected, it can be directly pasted on the bus joint, knife switch, transformer housing and other parts that need to be monitored for temperature. The temperature measurement patch should be pasted on a clean and dry area, and firmly pressed when pasting.
2. If you want to know the temperature of the monitoring area gradually rising during use, you can stick two or more color changing temperature measuring patches with different rated temperatures, or use BCW-678 or BCW-789 patches (each containing three rated temperatures).
3. Precautions:
a. The pasting of color changing temperature measuring patches should be carried out when there is no power on the busbar or other temperature monitoring parts, and safety regulations must be followed. If you want to paste temperature measurement patches with electricity, you must use insulation rods of the corresponding level to assist in pasting.
b. The color changing temperature measuring patch used outdoors should be attached to a shaded and rainproof area, avoiding direct sunlight and rain to prevent accelerated aging of the temperature measuring paper.
Reversible temperature measurement patch
The NCW series temperature measuring patch, once the temperature of the monitoring area reaches or exceeds the rated temperature of the temperature measuring patch, the color changing temperature measuring patch immediately changes from black to red and displays the number of overheating at that location on the temperature measuring patch. After cooling down, the temperature measuring patch immediately returns to its original color (black), that is, the color change is reversible and the patch can continue to be used.
