Product Overview
The thermal transfer resin-based color tape is a high-performance printing consumable specially designed for industrial-grade thermal transfer printing requirements. It uses high-quality resin-based ink and high-strength polyester film base material, featuring excellent properties such as high-temperature resistance, resistance to friction, and chemical corrosion resistance. It is suitable for high-demand labeling printing scenarios, such as label and barcode printing in fields like electronic components, automotive parts, medical devices, and chemical products.

After curing, the resin-based ink forms a hard surface that is resistant to scratches and solvents (such as alcohol, gasoline, acids, and alkalis), making it suitable for use in harsh environments. 
It can maintain clarity even after long-term exposure to the outdoors, without fading or blurring. 

  • Widely adaptable 

Compatible with various material labels: including synthetic paper (PET, PP), matte silver paper, PVC and other special materials. 
Applicable industrial-grade printer brands: such as Zebra, Datamax, SATO, etc.

The resolution can reach above 300dpi, and the printed lines are fine. Small-sized text and barcodes are clearly readable.

Usage Suggestions 
Select the appropriate ribbon model based on the label material and printer model.
