The thermal transfer water-washable resin-based color tape is a high-performance transfer material specially designed for high durability identification requirements. It uses high-quality resin-based ink and special coating technology, and is suitable for pattern and text transfer on textiles (especially clothing that needs frequent water washing), industrial labels, sports goods, etc. It has excellent adhesion, water-wash resistance, abrasion resistance and color expression ability, and can meet the long-term usage requirements in harsh environments.

  • Excellent water resistance 

After being cured at high temperature, the transferred pattern can withstand more than 50 standard machine washes (according to ISO 6330 testing standard), without fading or cracking. 
Suitable for color transfer on polyester, blended fabrics and some cotton materials, including both dark and light colors. 

  • High adhesion and flexibility 

The resin-based ink is closely bonded to the fabric fibers, and it is not likely to come off even after repeated stretching or folding. 
Suitable for scenarios where clothing needs to be frequently moved, such as sportswear and workwear. 

  • Rich and vibrant colors 

The high-density ink layer is applied, supporting high-resolution patterns and complex color reproduction, with an extremely realistic effect. 
Environmental protection and safety 
Compliant with international environmental protection standards such as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and REACH, it contains no harmful solvents and is non-irritating to human skin. 

  • Widely compatible 

It is compatible with the mainstream thermal transfer printers on the market (such as flat-press and roller press equipment). The recommended transfer temperature is 150-180℃, and the time is 10-20 seconds (the specific parameters need to be adjusted according to the fabric).

Thermal Transfer Ribbon Usage Suggestions
Before Transfer: Ensure the fabric surface is clean, dry, and free from silicone oil or fabric softeners. 
Transfer process: Adjust the pressure and temperature according to the thickness of the fabric to prevent the color tape from becoming brittle due to overheating. 
After transfer: It is recommended to avoid intense friction or washing within 24 hours to enhance adhesion.
